Electrodes:

The graphite electrode is made of first class petroleum coke and high quality needle coke, ensuring high performance and low specific consumption in electric furnaces and arc furnaces in general.

Graphite electrodes include: normal power, high power and ultra high power. The range of diameters serves the various segments, ranging from 200mm (7.9”) up to 800mm (31.5”), with a length of up to 3,000mm.

Our products have the following characteristics: low electrical resistivity, high electrical and thermal conductivity, high oxidation resistance, higher thermal and mechanical shock resistance, high mechanical strength, high machining precision.
The manufacturing facilities have 4 production bases in Asia and an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of graphite electrodes.

Petroleum coke is a final solid material rich in carbon that is derived from a cracking process, widely used as a fuel in the cement and lime industries, in addition to the electrode industry.

Coal:

Metallurgical coal or coking coal[ is a grade of coal that can be used to produce good-quality coke. Coke is an essential fuel and reactant in the blast furnace process for primary steelmaking. 
Metallurgical coal is low in ash, moisture, sulfur and phosphorus content, as presented below the types and specifications:

Some grades of anthracite coal are used for sintering, pulverized coal injection, direct blast furnace charge, pelletizing, and in production of ferro-alloys, silicon-manganese, calcium-carbide and silicon-carbide. Metallurgical coal produces strong, low-density coke when it is heated in a low-oxygen environment. On heating, the coal softens, and volatile components evaporate and escape through pores in the mass. During coking, the material swells and increases in volume.

Roller Mills

The plant produces and supplies all types of rolling rolls for the hot strip and cold strip rolling segments, meeting the diverse demands from thick and thin plate rolling mills.
The annual production capacity is 30,000 tons for cold rolling and 100,000 tons for hot rolling.
We already supply to major steel groups such as Gerdau USA, Arcelor Mittal, Qatar Steel, Thyssenkrupp, JSW, Posco, etc.
The factory has 450 machining equipment and more than 1,000 sets of specialized equipment, including 106 sets of cnc equipment, and other equipment specialized in hmk dry grinding, with high precision, ensuring the highest level of quality.

Scrap

Types of Scrap:

HEAVY MELTING STEEL – Industrial or commercial scrap steel greater than 6 mm thick, such as plates, beams, columns, channels; may also include scrap machinery or implements or certain metal stampings

CAST IRON – Cast iron bathtubs, machinery, pipe, and engine blocks

PRESSING STEEL – Domestic scrap metal up to approx. 6 mm (0.24 in) thick. Examples – “White goods” (fridges, washing machines, etc.), roofing iron, water heaters, water tanks, and sheet metal offcuts

REINFORCING BARS OR ⦁ MESH – Used in the construction industry within concrete structures

TURNINGS – Remains of drilling or shaping steels. Also known as “borings” or “swarf”

MANGANESE STEEL – Non-magnetic, hardened steel used in the mining industry, cement mixers, rock crushers, and other high-impact and abrasive environments.

RAILS – Rail or tram tracks

PIG IRON – Product of smelting iron ore.
