Caustic Calcined Magnesite (CCM)

Caustic Calcined Magnesite is produced by calcining raw magnesite ore through the following reaction. The product, which has a very wide application area, can be supplied with different properties according to the need in the place of use by changing the raw material properties and calcination parameters.

Dead Burn Magnesia (DBM)

Dead Burn Magnesia is the basic industrial raw material used to produce high quality refractory products, and is the main component in the production os basic refractory bricks and mortars.

Dead Burn Magnesia is produced by the method of firing concentrated  magnetise ore at a temperature of 1750ºC – 2100ºC in one step. The sintered magnesite products, produced by processing microcrystalline magnesite ore, which are known for its high quality, stand out with thier density and high crystal diameter.

It is obtained by melting the previously calcined raw ore at 3000ºC with a second heat treatment.
